Biohacking is an antidote for the malady of modern life.

We spend so much money on plastic technologies when we could take a hike, dive into a rushing river, or sit beneath a forest canopy.

There is no greater teacher than Mother Earth, Father Nature. Try unplugging your Wi-Fi, disconnecting from devices and reawakening your inherent relationship to and reflection in Nature.

Our ancestors didn’t have hot running water!

Studies show even close proximity to natural environments positively impacts your mental and physical health.

I’ve seen all 7 continents, sat at the feet of masters, tried all the medicines and modalities, but nothing is more healing, more majestic, more magnificent than this holy, sacred planet who provides us with absolutely everything.

Every drop of water.
Every bite of food.
Every breath of air is given to us by the plants and the trees and the algaes in the seas.

It is no accident we inhale what they exhale and vice versa. It is divine design.

We struggle with the trappings of society, because they’re UNNATURAL. Isolated habitats and commutes, always separate, versus.

There has never been a time where getting outside into nature is more important, how precious it is. The longer you spend, the more positively you are impacted.

I loved making this reel. I haven’t touched my own videos much in the last few years, so when I get the inspo it always just hits different.

Collecting moments from Montana, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Antarctica, my holy homeland redwoods and more... Canyons, creeks, caverns, mountains and meadows, rivers and waterfalls, the greatest gift in my life has been the magik Nature brings to me, teaches me about myself.

I am wholly enamored, enchanted and devastatingly In love with the Earth🌍

So next time you’re considering yet another tool that’s going to “fix,” or “optimize” you, try a camping trip instead, or hike farther out than you usually do.

Sit still, silent.

Listen.

Remember who you are.

As we get older, it’s easy to forget how precious life really is.

We get caught up in the wrinkles, the feeling that there’s always someone younger and hotter.
 We miss the days when we had endless energy, when our knees didn’t crack, and we could party all night without paying for it the next morning.

We forget that some people never even get the chance to grow old.

We forget to notice the world around us, the one that quietly gives us everything we need. Every breath of air. Every drop of water. Every bite of food.

So I invite you with this reel to appreciate your life.
 Appreciate what’s around you.
 Take a moment to feel grateful that you made it through the things that didn’t kill you, because they did make you stronger.

Long ago, stories were told about saints like St. George, St. Margaret of Antioch, St. Demetrius, St. Theodore, St. Mercurius, St. Matthew, St. Clement, and St. Sylvester, who tamed or defeated fierce dragons.

The dragons in these stories stood for danger, greed, and hidden secrets.

But what if the real dragons weren’t just myths?

As Europe expanded into the “New World,” the Church brought religion, along with conquest.

It found and confiscated billions in gold, gems, and sacred artifacts from indigenous peoples and ancient empires.

These weren’t legends. These were vaults, temples, and tombs, literal caves, holding the treasures of civilizations crushed in the name of salvation.

Normal is tired, stressed, and broke.

Y’all know that I am not ‘normal’. 🪄

I feel safest in community with dreamers, mystics, and conspiracy theorists.

Moon blood on my face, feasting on meals that are locally sourced and made with love.

I want to live in a magikal world where fairytales exist, romantasy-style mating bonds are the norm, and everyone feels like they are enough.

It’s honestly not that much to ask. I can see it, so I know it’s possible.

And I can’t do it alone.

The Earth needs your sensitivity, passion, vision and presence, she doesn’t need more “normal.”
