EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Are you organized, proactive, and excited about working closely with a visionary CEO and spiritual healer? We are seeking a Personal Assistant based in the Los Angeles or Austin area to manage both personal and professional tasks. This role involves extensive travel coordination, on-call availability, and hands-on support, including packing, driving, and maintaining tidiness. Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination & Management:
Book flights, hotels, and transportation with TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, and airline reward programs.
Use travel points and hacks to secure upgrades and optimize bookings.
Be on-call during travel to handle flight delays, cancellations, or last-minute changes.
Maintain an updated travel calendar with all essential details and preferences.
Provide airport pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.
Packing, Tidiness & Organization:
Pack and unpack items for frequent travel in a functional, organized, and intuitive way.
Ensure all essentials are accounted for and properly arranged.
Maintain tidiness across all environments, including the home, car, and travel bags.
Unpack upon return, ensuring items are promptly stored and organized.
Assist with personal wardrobe management and outfit coordination for events and retreats.
Driving & Errands:
Provide transportation for airport drop-offs, pick-ups, and appointments.
Run errands, including weekly grocery shopping based on preferences and dietary needs.
Household & Personal Support:
Manage personal bills, subscriptions, and household errands.
Organize and sort mail, addressing high-priority matters.
Handle scheduling, email inbox management, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Task Management & Coordination:
Keep the CEO on task with key priorities and manage her schedule.
Collaborate with the team to provide reminders, necessary prep, and daily updates.
Plan and organize personal projects, errands, and events to free up the CEO’s time.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be based in Los Angeles or Austin area with the ability to work in person and travel as needed.
- Proven experience managing complex travel arrangements, with knowledge of TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, and airline reward programs.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional packing abilities and attention to tidiness.
- Comfortable maintaining clean and tidy spaces (home, car, purse, etc.).
- Experience in household management, grocery shopping, and errands.
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable with frequent driving.
- Eye for design and fashion is a plus—mention this in your application!
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
- Tech-savvy, with experience managing emails, calendars, and digital workspaces.
- Previous experience in executive or personal assistant roles supporting busy professionals.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Compensation:
- Compensation starts at $25 an hour based on experience.
