SAVE THIS INNER CHILD HEALING PRACTICE 👇🏽 & follow @miamagik as she breaks down how to nurture, love, and heal your inner child so your growth feels natural, not forced. 🌸

INNER CHILD HEALING PRACTICE 🧶💖:
1️⃣ Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
2️⃣ Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.
3️⃣ Visualize yourself as a child—see yourself at an age when you were most joyful, curious, or maybe even feeling a little lost.
4️⃣ Now imagine sitting next to your younger self. Ask them: What do you need? Maybe it’s love, comfort, or reassurance. Speak to them with kindness. You might say something like, “I see you. You’re safe now, and I’m here to love and protect you.”
5️⃣ Now give your inner child what they need in this moment. Maybe it’s a hug, a warm smile, or words of encouragement.
6️⃣ Feel the connection deepening as you offer them love and support.

📝 After the meditation, write down how your inner child responded. What did they feel, and how did you comfort them?

This practice helps build a deeper understanding of the unhealed parts of yourself. 🤗

Solar Eclipse October 2nd! It’s time to see what emotions are blocking your life force & light from shining in your relationships, career and health.

I have experienced SO MUCH MAGIK in the last few days since the partial lunar eclipse on the 17th when we did another in person Rage & Release Ritual.

Then the Equinox’s balance between dark and light, leading up to the approaching new moon and solar eclipse! I have never felt more confident in my power because I have faced every single little issue that has arisen with so much courage. My inner child has been doing little happy celebration dances with me as I fall asleep at night.

Today I’m diving into a deep shadow work practice with one of the world’s foremost practitioners and I’m SO EXCITED!
