The guilt collectively carried in and for our sexuality is one of the most insidious illnesses of humanity. The innately infinite creative capacity of the feminine has been villainized, thereby turning the masculine into a predatory plunderer.

This is not how we lived for the entirety of our our species before the major Abrahamic religions conquered and colonized the globe convincing us of abhorrent lies about our true nature.

How did you get here?

And you? And you? And me?

SEX, womb, pu$$y!

Finding sacredness in our sex is one of the most holy, divine pursuits and it takes Herculean effort.
CHURCH HURT RUNS SO DEEP through our bodies, minds and spirits. It’s fear of our wildness, our magik, our voice and it was designed that way to keep us terrified and oppressed.

Even after studying sacred sexuality and tantra for over a decade, I am only now truly being met in this endeavor and exploration. Finally experiencing what is possible when we share intention for using Sex, kink, connection as some of the most potent healing accessible to us.

This is the way it’s supposed to be.

Safe.

Free.

Unleashed.

I’ve come to know my own inner Daddy in a way I never could have imagined. It’s been utterly transformative to cultivate this union within. Harmonizing and synergizing my own masculine and feminine in order to be an even more powerful vessel for the remedies our souls are searching for.

May we only get on our knees for true devotion. For those who let our power course through our bodies held in our reverent rapture.

Loving yourself is truly one of the most challenging and worthwhile pursuits any of us can engage in today.

When every advertisement relies on convincing us that we need some new thing in order to be beautiful, thin, rich enough, that we don’t belong without the right clothes, car or invitations, it’s borderline impossible.

I am STILL, EVERY DAY working on loving the abandoned parts of myself. Abandoned by me in the face of what cultural programming tells me it means to be a desirable woman.

The parts of me I’ve been judged and shamed for, who love too deeply, are too intense, get too excited, want to squeeze even more juice out of sex, spirituality, society and life in general.

They need acceptance more than the societally acceptable parts do! Acceptance from ME! And boldly embodying them is the only way to make them feel safe.

Some confident women are born that way, but most are forged in the fires of hellacious trials. Battles waged against the patriarchy and desecration of planetary resources which are a direct reflections of the feminine nature within all of us.

So the next time you feel like judging a woman who values her time, energy and gifts, imagine every moment she has to fight against in order to feel that way. Maybe it will give you some compassion, and perhaps even a little more love for yourself and all you’ve been through too.

CREATURES OF THE DEEP- One of my most lifechanging

CREATURES OF THE DEEP- One of my most lifechanging adventures. Swimming with humpbacks in their warm winter waters throughout the Tongan archipelago after migrating thousands of miles from Antarctica.

They come to mate, give birth, rear playful young offspring in gentle bays, and we had the blessing of communing with them.

I eye gazed with a female who mirrored our movements proving to us our connection and oneness.

Almost got smashed by a breaching baby whose mom was “yelling ‘don’t you dare!” As he swam ferociously to the surface- reminding me we really are all the same.

And watched a whale and dolphin play together in the deep blue sea, dancing and circling one another as they sang their unique songs in heavenly harmony.

I wept each time we got back on the boat after these once in a lifetime encounters. And had a full meltdown 3 days later when I replayed the song I had chanted to them each morning- Creatures of the deep- which means so much more now than it ever could have before.

A pattern I experienced arise last month reared it’s ugly head this week and this time there was no charge, no reaction. The whales healed me.

I have done many epic things, seen all 7 continents, but this takes the cake. To be back in the tropics, the most pristinely beautiful place on earth, AND engage with the most intelligent and highly evolved species on earth… I can’t imagine anything better.

This will be a yearly excursion for me now, and I’m so grateful @hansia_fpv captured all the epic moments. I’ve never seen someone work so hard above and below the surface to make sure our memories will last forever.

Biohacking is an antidote for the malady of modern life.

We spend so much money on plastic technologies when we could take a hike, dive into a rushing river, or sit beneath a forest canopy.

There is no greater teacher than Mother Earth, Father Nature. Try unplugging your Wi-Fi, disconnecting from devices and reawakening your inherent relationship to and reflection in Nature.

Our ancestors didn’t have hot running water!

Studies show even close proximity to natural environments positively impacts your mental and physical health.

I’ve seen all 7 continents, sat at the feet of masters, tried all the medicines and modalities, but nothing is more healing, more majestic, more magnificent than this holy, sacred planet who provides us with absolutely everything.

Every drop of water.
Every bite of food.
Every breath of air is given to us by the plants and the trees and the algaes in the seas.

It is no accident we inhale what they exhale and vice versa. It is divine design.

We struggle with the trappings of society, because they’re UNNATURAL. Isolated habitats and commutes, always separate, versus.

There has never been a time where getting outside into nature is more important, how precious it is. The longer you spend, the more positively you are impacted.

I loved making this reel. I haven’t touched my own videos much in the last few years, so when I get the inspo it always just hits different.

Collecting moments from Montana, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Antarctica, my holy homeland redwoods and more... Canyons, creeks, caverns, mountains and meadows, rivers and waterfalls, the greatest gift in my life has been the magik Nature brings to me, teaches me about myself.

I am wholly enamored, enchanted and devastatingly In love with the Earth🌍
